Great monitoring but would not sync

Much too frustrating so returned for full refund. Should have read reviews prior to purchasing as this is a common problem.

Piece of junk

All three began to separate in the exact same spot in less than one year. FitBit was not helpful and I will never buy another FitBit product.

So far it appears as though I will need to flip though the screens to get to the heart rate and if that is what I need to do I might just as well take my own pulse.

The first one I had the band came off and was replaced. The second Fitbit HR the charging piece broke off. I'm trying to determine what to do next since it's out of warranty.
