At first I loved this, but after a few months it stopped connecting to my phone. I deleted it and reloaded it but still no connection.

I got this as a gift, my brother had it for around 2 years and it broke. It didn't seem to be all that well built for the cost.

Battery doesn't hold a charge long enough. Charging time too long. Smaller various my kids have appear to work better.

Great looking product, acceptable for most uses, but the inaccuracies in heart rate makes it unacceptable for that purpose. In fact it is dangerous to rely on it.

Seemed to be inaccurate. While wearing the Fitbit Charge and the Fitbit One at the same time, the Charge always had significantly more steps than the One.

Overall the Charge HR is an ok device, but at about a year it started losing display lines to the point where it was not readable. We got a replacement.

Great watch but the non replaceable watch band kept separating. Thank goodness for geek squad. End up switching to vivoactive hr (garmin).

I love everything about my fitbit. Easy to use with my phone and computer. Keeps track of everything I want. I love that it vibrates when i reach my goal and celebrates with me. Only thing I wish it was waterproof. But I haven't found a good one out there that it.

The fitbits are cheaply made. Buy the warranty. Fitbit will replace during the 1 year. The band will fall apart

The Fitbit Charge HR does everything it says it will. It tracks your total step count, records your sleep patterns and keeps a reasonably accurate measure of your HR. My only word of warning to people contemplating buying one is that after a few months you don't really need a device to give you this information. You'll intuitively know if you've been active enough, you'll know if you got a decent night sleep and you'll know if you've burned enough calories. In sum, after about 4 months my Fitbit has essentially turned in to a $150 not-very-stylish watch. One other note: the HR doesn't respond to sudden changes in HR very well. If you are doing HIIT training it won't keep up with spikes and drops as you change intensity.

The Fitbit Charge HR device I purchased in 2015 did not last more than 1 year- due to poor quality manufacturing the device fell apart. Fitbit replaced this device in Nov 2016 and now in June 2018 the replacement device is also not working and has fallen apart. Clearly Fitbit has inferior products- will never purchase a Fitbit product again!
