I purchased the Fitbit HR, but had to immediately return it. When my Fitbit HR was on the charger, or sitting my dresser, it was still recording as if I was walking or excercising. I heard a lot of great things about the Fitbit HR, and that is what made me want one. I was very disappointed.

Initially I thought it was a good product but the clip on the charging part of the band broke. I took care with this device especially when I later read that others were experiencing the breakage and no replacement available. I wished I had purchased the product replacement.

I purchased this 3 weeks ago and love it! I was concerned about the battery life after reading some of the reviews, but purchased it regardless. It only lasted 3 days when I charged it the first time, but since then it goes for 5 days easily. I am currently on day 6 of the last time it was charged. The heart rate monitor is fairly accurate also. I really enjoy seeing how many steps I do in the course of a day and how I am sleeping! This was a great investment!

Working out my heart rate was 167 but Fitbit HR showed 124. I had the polar rate rate monitor on me as well which showed my heart rate on my treadmill. Fitbit HR has been consistently wrong regarding my heart rate. Do not buy this if heart rate is important to you.

    Incorrect stair count

The stair count is completely inaccurate. It also sometimes registers me as riding a bike when I'm driving below a certain mph. I'm also certain that it is overcounting my steps. So at this point, it is an overglorified watch. I really miss my flex.

    Totally Worth IT!

I was a little hesitant about this fitness tracker after I read some of the negative reviews, but I have had my Fitbit Charge HR for about a week, and I have found it INCREDIBLY motivating! It works like it's supposed to and seems accurate for the most part. The stair feature is correct each day, and though it does add a few steps when I travel for my 60-mile round-trip commute, it's only a few, and I figure that makes up for when I take it off for the shower every morning. My favorite part of this tracker is that I find it incredibly motivating to get my behind moving, which is really the point. I check my points throughout the day, and I have lost two pounds this week without making many alterations to what I'm eating. I did notice that I'm eating less, though, because I'm moving more instead of sitting around. I am a college instructor, so I have a lot of time when I can just sit during my office hours each day. Now I find myself moving around more to add steps. At first, I thought it would be hard to get to the magic 10,000 steps, but yesterday I was up to 11.000! I am glad I decided to buy this device in spite of the negative reviews. Another great feature is that it tells me when my heart rate is in "fat-burning range," which is really nice. I gained weight while finishing grad school, so losing the extra goo was part of my motivation for buying a fitness tracker. It works seamlessly with my iPhone 6+, and so far it seems like a truly great product that does what it claims to do.

    Time to get moving!

The information the Fitbit provides is really amazing. You program it for how much weight you plan to lose and everything is laid out in the amount of steps, exercise, calories burnt and more! It even records your sleep patterns so you can see just how soundly you really rest at night. This model even has a heart rate monitor. Download the app to your cell phone and keep track of your daily routine with the info Fitbit provides to help you achieve your goal to keep moving and lose weight! It is awesome.

Very unhappy, the main reason for getting this was to track my heart rate during my workout and it is very off. It did not track very well it would read 60 and my pulse was really 150. I use it for a watch, that's all its good for.
