Doesn't Sync with Galaxy5

Mine synced for a while with my phone, then stopped syncing. So far have had no luck getting it working with Fitbit customer support.

Tracks OK, but difficult to operate/sync

Poor straps that fall apart

However it was less than a year the strap started to separate. I did want the strap to completely separated so I stopped using it. When I finally got around to contact the company, the one year guarantee lapse. I tried to explain that I used it less than a year but would not move to replace it. Especially since the explained to me that they found that it happened with that model and that I should purchase the Flex 2 with the detachable straps. Do not buy this model or product.
