I started out with the FLEX because I didn't think I would use all the features, only to find out that I had to manually start the sleep so I went to this model and it was much more to my liking and easier to use

The accuracy of the activity doesn't match up to expectations. However, it does measure and motivate which was the primary reason to purchase. Battery life is 1/2 or 3/4 advertised life.

Love the fitbit but the battery started dying less than 30 days after purchasing. I bought the exteneded warranty and glad I did. Best Buy exchanged it out for a new one and no problems yet.

    Fitbit Charge HR

After wearing the Fitbit Flex for a year I recently upgraded to the Charge HR. I love it! As the Flex only had LED's for daily steps, this activity band is also a watch, heart rate monitor, stairs climbed, daily mileage, calories burned, and daily steps. Connected through your cell phone it also displays incoming call phone numbers. My only criticism is that it is not waterproof, only water resistant. That said, I do shower and exercise with it on and have had no problems yet.

I exchanged this one for the flex. Thought it was smaller would be better for me. should of kept this one. I would recommend this one over the flex because of the ease of putting it on.

Bought for husband who does crossfit. He loves the heart rate and calories burned on bit. Size large fits a 210 lbs man wrist. Very comfortable to wear. Sync with phone and computer to keep track of your goals.

The only con is that if you are very active then the battery life is only half the time (2 Days) vrs the 5 days stated. This is a great product for the price and would recommend to friends.

Bought this for my wife who is trying to improver her fitness. She has not mastered all the functions, but measures her steps and calorie consumption. She is very pleased with it and it is comfortable to wear.

Love the Fitbit. A little difficult setting it up. Watched youtube videos to get some help, well worth it. Wear it above wrist bone and seems to be accurate for the heartbeat and steps.

Love the Charge as you can see steps taken, incoming phone calls, and heart rate. The battery-life is VERY good, too. It's a bit bulky feeling, but it does so much, I guess it has to be.

I didn't want a full blown watch type device and this does all I need. My only issue is, an XL was not available and this large is a little snug. I'll probably move up to an XL when available

This Fitbit is a great tracker. I like looking at the number of steps each day. When I exercise the heart rate feature is very helpful. Today I climbed 52 sets of stairs. The clock feature is very useful too!

Very happy with the FitBit and data it provides on the web dashboard. My only criticism is that I wish the battery was "motion charged". It does require attention to battery life that is good but not perfect.

Only fault is not being able to change bands. By the box my fitbit should have fit fine, should have ordered the XL. A great motivation tool.

I really thought I would get more out of this, but the only advantages over tracking my steps from my phone is when I go running, but the app does distances aren't accurate. If I run 5 miles it say I ran 12 miles. Also if I don't sync every single day then the time doesn't stay accurate. So using the alarms becomes useless. I removed the phone app because it just wastes my battery. I use the Laptop app but I am not on it every day so the syncing thing is a problem. All in all I wish I was able to return this product. Not happy at all.

I really like the way it keeps track of my heart rate especially since I have high blood pressure. I never realized how much activity I had each day until I began wearing the tracker.
