    The first one stopped counting steps completely so we exchanged it and got a heavily used/soiled replacement. Noticed this in the parking lot and brought it right back in. Finally got it exchanged for a new one which works most of the time. Occasionally it won't sync to the app, but if you delete and redownload the app it'll work. Not thrilled with it, overall.
