The charge lasts about 4 days and it syncs perfectly with my iPhone 5S using the Fitbit app or My Fitness Pal. It can add steps if you drive in the car and have a bumpy road but overall I would highly recommend it. I don't have any problems with skin irritation or even aesthetically.

It's great having most of the stats right on the fitbit and not having to look at the app on my phone to see steps, heart rate, miles, etc. I also like the buckle on the wrist strap; I know that it's not going to get caught on something and fall off. Some friends have complained about their fitbits (ones without the buckle) falling off because of the fastener.
