Okay this is my second FITBITHR, and is a replacement. For some reason the wristband started to bubble up and separate. Got to love Best Buy service. I bought the warranty because I feared damaging the unit at my very physical and active job - I brought it back to Best Buy where they immediately replaced it with a brand new unit. The FITBITHR works very well except certain arm movements can be counted as steps and it can't figure out you're on a motorcycle (I can log over 100 flights of stairs on a ride) so it's not perfect. But used as a helpful reminder to stay active and as a good representation of you daily activity - I can't help but recommended this to any one who is trying to improve their health!

I Love heart rate option the best. Easy to use app

I can see why this product is the top fitness tracker. It is very user friendly, integrates with the app on iPhone seamlessly and helps keep me motivated and aware of my activity level. One minor comment is that it is not automatically updated when transferring timezone however this does not diminish the exceptional performance of the product and its intent. .

My fitbit charge HR has been overall a great product. I did have some issues at first with syncing, but after trouble shooting, it has been flawless. The data captured is very useful and offers insight to various patterns. My wife's charge hr has been perfect from day one. I would, and have recommended the FitBit to anyone.

The Fit BIt HR sometimes starts out with lots of steps before I even get out of bed???? Hmmm. I wish the FitBit would notify you on the band when the battery is going dead. I do not always check my e-mails often and sometimes miss that the battery is going dead.

I purchased the Fitbit Charge HR for a variety of reasons - health, exercise tracking, and as a sleek alternate to expensive watches. This product exceeds expectations in all areas and has the added benefit of the "incoming call ID" so you never have to look at your phone while in a meeting or on the running trail. I would highly recommend this product.
