I have owned two of these now, first one was a black band and held up pretty good but plastic piece that holds charger in and the side button on, broke loose and fell off. The second one was blue, the rubber band started separating from the unit and had air bubbles between the band and the unit, the band started stretching so I trimmed it down and reglued it but it didn’t stay together for very long. The charge hr was pretty accurate, just the band didn’t hold up on the one and the plastic piece that keeps the charger connected didn’t hold up on the other.

I was upgrading from the Charge. I was most interested in the heart-rate monitor. I love it! The fit is more secure and I am able to monitor my heart-rate throughout the day. Very satisfied.

I wanted a device that will monitor my heart rate, monitor activity and function as a watch at the same time. Battery life is reasonable. Phone app is great with a simple interface that allows you to see all the information easily. I don't use it as much for monitoring sleep.

Fitbit is the best overall tracker I've ever used!

I've used quite a few trackers but for my money the Fitbit line is best. With the Charge HR and it gives wonderful up to date information. It's wonderful with the way it syncs rather quickly with MyFitnessPal for great estimates on caloric burn.

I bought this as a fathers day gift for my husband. One of the features that i was most interested in was the sleep monitoring. I would rate it as mediocre... we have found it to not be that accurate. It seems to be very accurate with tracking steps taken. It manages to surprise us of how many that are taken a day and not realizing it. It has helped him try to be more concientious of exercising and monitoring calories burned. It is comfortable for him to wear, not bulky. This is the first one bought in our household and we are satisfied but would like it even more if the sleep tracking was more accurate.

had to return the first unit. It would not stay synched to my device. Second one seems much better. Battery life could be longer. You will only get 2-3 days max before needing charge. Full recharge takes about an hour.

I was targeting the model just below this but made the switch at the suggestion of the sales woman who upon hearing it was a gift for a 10 year old suggested this not only for the added functionality but for the better band that actually closes like a watch band. The clasp for the other one was bound to be undone without my daughter noticing at some point and most logically lost. Was not certain my daughter would really follow through and be excited to wear this every day but she is constantly checking and updating us on the number of steps she has taken in a day. A great device for a kid that is not as naturally active as some others in an effort to burn those calories!

I got this to monitor my heart rate while I'm at work, and it is phenomenal! I love the silent alarm and achievement feature when you reach your goals. The only downside is while driving, it counts steps, even though I'm not truly moving.

Works great. Hate to take it off. Online graphs and data are really informative. Only complaint is if you miss a day logging food it is difficult to go back. It can be done but could work alot better. Much better than the original fitbit.

The Charge HR does everything: counts steps; measures heart rate; tracks sleep; tells time; silent alarms; call notifications. It's the most useful wearable out there. Highly recommend it.

I really like features that the HR provides. My only complaint is the the activity tracking doesn't include biking and I wish there was a better way to provide an overall summary for the hear rate to allow you to see it by the minute. Right now it shows a 24 hour line graph.

Had Fitbit for 4 months now, not one problem. I wear it all day inside my tyvec painter suit, half of which the Fitbit is covered in sweat. I have got micropoxy on it and got it off with MEK without damage. Very impressive considering MEK will eat the handle off a screwdriver. Very pleased with my purchase!

I purchased this charge for my husband a few weeks and he has really enjoyed it. He has mentioned really liking the band over other activity bands he has tried. This one clasps like a watch and does not catch on everything like the UP24 did.

Not so sure if it is accurate regarding steps. I could be sitting down and just moving my feet and the 10,000 step fireworks begin. The original basic Fitbit seemed to be better at that. Heart rate seems to be good.

Gps is very accurate, tracks where you've been and distance traveled, excellent feature for hiking on trails I also use it to see how far I've ridden my horse! My only complaint about the Fitbit it irritates my arm after wearing it more than a day or it would be 5 stars.

I love this device! I was a little disappointed that I could not connect it to my laptop (not compatible with windows I guess) but easy to connect to my android phone. I will say to be aware of the sizes. I originally purchased a small. it was really snug and exchanged it for the large and am very pleased.

This a very accurate tracker and the heart rate monitor works really well. The clock display doesn't make you feel that you need a watch. Very easy to use and very easy, clean app.
