Great device. Works just fine. I love the fact you can set challenges for yourself on the app. I bought 2 of them for me and wife. Now we challenge each other daily and make fitness fun.

Love these things. I purchased a surge a wile back and loved so I bought this one for my wife. I like the size of this one better. The only difference I've notice, other than size, is the surge has onboard GPS

I like the features but viewing the screen without my glasses is a hassle and the battery life is just ok, O have to charge it every other day.

I read a ton of reviews before I purchase this. I wanted something to encourage me to exercise, I wanted an easy App, and most importantly; I wanted to be able to track my heart rate. This fitbit does it all! I had some reservations about it tracking my heart rate accurately but I've found it to be fairly accurate. It's all about where it's positioned on your arm and how tight. Overall; best fitness encouraging device I've ever owned and absolutely recommend it to anybody.

Don't know how I lived without it. I now look forward to finishing my daily 10K steps and checking H/R. Great product.

I had a fit bit zip bit and upgraded to the Charge HR and I am so happy I did. It keeps me motivated to meet my fitness goals. I also have it synced to My fitness pal. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

My wife nagged for months that she wanted this Fitbit so I finally got it.. It works amazing and is actually pretty simple to set up.. Her and her friends actually compete to see who can get the most steps..

I LOVE my new Fitbit! The battery life is excellent, and I only need to recharge every 4-5 days. I feel the pedometer is accurate and it keeps me accountable for my daily activity! Great features. Comfortable!

Syncs with devices well and gives great feedback. Sleep monitor was disturbing info for my spouse, so she quit wearing it at night (said she was only sleeping for 3-4 hours) great subconscious fitness helper.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it! He especially likes the caller id feature. He has another brand with less features, but he fell in love with this on from the moment he started to use it!

Quality item at a good price. I was looking to buy my wife a fit bit because she wanted one. So I went to Best Buy online and ordered one. The process was simple and I received my item when they said I would.

Not excellent but it works well. I didn't expect to be a medical grade heart rate monitor but people who bought it and sued FitBit are idiots for thinking it. All included documentation mentions the possibility of slowly off monitoring results. I would have loved the Charge to be water proof. Please be aware that the band rubber covering may come off after a certain time. FitBit was very helpful in getting a replacement quickly.

Great for everyday workouts. Can't swim or shower in it is only drawback. Syncs easy to phone app.

My wife got her Fitbit over a year ago. After seeing all that it could do over the next year I finally got one. Its working great, should have got one sooner.

I love my fit bit. I don't know why I did not have one until now. I set goals for myself and achieve them daily. I recommend this product to everyone who wants to live a better life.
