Pretty good step counter! The sleep mode works well. I love the caller id feature.

Bought the charge HR for myself. Love it. I recommend most people get the large band unless you are the skinniest person ever or a child.

I never liked watches but I settled for this activity tracker. It's a great motivation I only wish it was waterproof and had a bigger screen. The other Fitbits that have larger screens are not pink and aren't as nice looking. Overall I like my Fitbit would defiantly upgrade as soon as they have a waterproof Fitbit

Wore the first one our and FITBIT was great to work with. Need to charge every day, but worth it for a smaller size. Really like having the vibra-alarms. Not fancy looking, but very functional. Although wrist LED heart rate monitoring is not the most accurate, FITBIT does a better job than my Garmin Vivo HR.

I ditched my watch and replaced it with this. It is so soft and good feeling that I can't go back to a watch anymore. I love the way it feels!

You are tired and ready to call it quits for the day, look at your fitbit and you're only 1,000 steps from your goal. You're sooo close. You have to hit it. So, you take a few minutes and hit it! That was easy! Might as well go 10 more minutes. Wow, the average is moving up! I can do 15 more minutes.... This will help you hit your goals. It works!

Love the product but I am having a problem with the clock. It does not reset after battery has died and I charge it.

My Fitbit serves as a visual reminder to exercise everyday. Especially at the end of the day, I'm motivated to exercise and finish well.

I bought the new UP band first -- and hated the new clasp so much that I decided to try Fitbit. It works so great, I'm never going back.

I purchased a Fitbit Charge HR Aug 2015. By April 2016 the band had de laminated from the watch and was starting to fall apart. I called in and fitbit replaced it right away no questions asked! I was very happy that they were so great on customer service. Fast forward 6 months the band on the replacement started to do the same as the last one. I decided to ride it out and just deal with a peeling band. So here i find myself 11 months after receiving the replacement and the band completely fell off! When I called in (Less than 1 year from the date they sent my replacement) they tell me that the warranty is only good from the original date of purchase (Aug 2015) and that they will not replace the replacement. It is my opinion that Fitbit is building and selling cheap merchandise and you would be better served buying a Garmin or I Watch.
