Good item for motivating my family to "get moving" and start walking. We are having fun challenging each other on our weekly Fitbit reports

I've been using FitBit products for 2 years! The Charge HR is a superb enhancement and fits my lifestyle really well. I'm ready for the Surge!

Very happy with this after going thru 3 Jawbone UP's that continued to fail I have returned to Fitbit and frankly don't know why I ever left.

Great product! Had the flex before and this one is so much better. Wish my screen hadn't scratched in the first week though.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it!! Combined with the app he can track his food and calorie intake. Well worth it.

At first, this started out as a great product with lots of promise. It had a lot of features and the phone app was wonderful. A very useful tool for fitness and weight loss. However, after I started using it..., 5 months in, it failed. Battery charge would only last a day, even with all the battery-sapping features turned off. The heart rate quit reading as well. Fitbit was good enough to send a replacement: no questions asked under warranty. Great, until unit two failed withing 3 months. Failed as in disintegrated. As in, started to fall apart on my wrist. The wristband bubbled up and peeled until it just came apart. On to unit three. Same thing. Now, Fitbit isn't doing any more freebies. Only a discount on the new models. This Charge HR didn't even make it to the year mark. None of them. Everyone I know (those I don't) has gone through at least two units.

I am hoping best buy will come good on it because we love our fitbits. Good motivator

I really like how I was able to link it to my smartphone and that I am able to challenge my friends who also have Fitbit.

I wish there was a manual with it to help all it can do as well as a trouble shooter for the different things it tracks

Great but it does seem to be having problems reading my heart rate. Otherwise it is amazing and has lots of capabilities.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. She is always challenging herselt to increase her steps from the previous day!

Easy to use and accurate. Band will show dirt if a lighter color.

I really like everything about this Fitbit HR, except it doesn't seem to stay charged as long as it's supposed to. I'm not constantly checking my stats on the band either as I usually check on my phone so I can keep it synced. I'm recharging every three days, not five like the company says. Other than that, I love it!

Paired easily with my Android and Windows Laptop. So much functionality, can keep track of a full health regimen. Also comfortable to wear.

The fit is a little tight, I probably should of got an XL for my large wrist, but, with it not being sold in stores that large, I made do. I like how the color matches the description; I bought the tangerine one for my girlfriend but it looks more like a bright red. The tracker itself does the job. I'm still trying to figure everything out with it, however I like the capabilities so far.

The watch works great! It keeps up with steps and heart rate.

My fitbit works very well! Impressed on the life of the battery! But wish it gave a little more notification of the charge of the battery.

This tracker is great for my needs and adhearing to my doctor's medical and health advice. I love the monitoring reports.

I am very pleased with this fitbit! Since my lifestyle change and keeping more track of my daily lifestyle exercise, this tool is golden!

Love this product! It's always on me every day! Battery last about 5 days and charges about 1-2 hrs.
