I did a lot of research on the different brands as well as the features. This one seemed to fit all my needs. I love the HR and sleep monitor. I also like the size...not to big for its features. My only complaint is that this band is not waterproof.

I have used this to help me track my activity and used the website and app to track my food and water intake. I have lost over 20 pounds since I bought my fitbit. My wife is also tracking and she is losing weight also. We are both extremely happy with our purchase.
