This is my third one and I enjoy the product. The first tracker was upgraded and the second one I wear out the band of the second one. But the tracker still worked.

heart rate not accurate

The HR is not near correct and I am having trouble getting accurate readings on the sleep. I wish it had more accurate readings so I could tell when I was in RIM sleep. Guess I should have waited for a more refined model.

Great but wish it could get wet

She's a dog groomer so the only set back is when she bathes a dog, she needs to take it off every time. It actually stays on very well which makes taking it off a pain lol. Wish that it could take getting soaked like other models, but understand why it can't.

Love My FitBit!

In regards to steps taken, I don't think it's too accurate which is why I gave it a 4 star rating. But in regards to price and product, I think this is the best activity tracker out there.
