Great way to monitor heart rate

The problem with wearing it on your wrist is a falsely high step count reading if you are doing something like driving or working with your hands

It becomes addicting, because if you are like me, you really have no idea how many steps you can walk in a day's time! It's fun! It's informative! And once you start, you can't stop!

He didn't like the idea of wearing it all the time. So I returned it. I lchoisevthis Fitbit because it tracks your sleep.

same problem on 2nd one i bought at same time

Great if you use it for actual steps

It was counting my arm movement. I was very disappointed. I also noticed it doesn't catch my sleep times correctly. I now use it for strictly walking .

At first it needed to be recharged every other day now every day. Seems rediculous that I'm unable to track my full fitness/ sleep/ heart rate burn for a solid 24 hours.
