Need to fix sync issue

Took numerous times to sync to the app but finally did after a couple hours. Now it does not sync at all. Have heard thus same issue with many customers. Contacting customer service/tech support is no help as all they suggest is to uninstall/install app and start again. Of course we have already tried this numerous times. Would not recommend to buy until you are sure this issue is fixed.

For me the battery life last about 3 days and charges rather quickly. Easy to connect to my phone to track it. I don't like to wear jewelry at all but I hardly notice this.

I prefer the HR to all others and next one up is a watch which they prohibit in exhibition games

Well, it use to be awesome

My battery life went from about 4 days to 2 if I'm lucky. I've done all the reset tips recommended on the forums and no joy. I really hope they fix this soon.
