    My wife recently had a heart attack, her doctor wanted her to get something like the fit bit to be able to keep track of her pulse, sleep and activities. It is great and something her cardio doctor can review to see how she is doing 24 hours a day.

    small, light weight,, shows time,steps, heartrate, calories,. It emails me weekly updates with activity and sleep. I think everyone should wear an activity tracker. I got one from my daughter for XMAS and bought one for my dad for father's day.

    It is easy to operate and set up. I am happy that I took the time to investigate different trackers and so far I am really happy with it. It was a little hart to set up but after I got that done it is easy to operate.

    The Fit Bit does all it should and more. It's app has lots of windows to show many different ways to look at what your body does. But I haven't had it that long but it's looking worn. Will wonder how long it will last.

    Being able to measure your performance is a great way to achieve your goals and the fitbit HR attempts to do just this. I do find the measurements tend to be inaccurate, for example when I'm on the elliptical it shows that I'm climbing steps or cycling does not show up at all.
