    To this day I use my Fitbit on a daily basis. I am very active and tend to work out in zones. The Fitbit helps keep me on track with my goals. It also has a great app where you can log meals, exercise, water intake and more.

    I may not alway feel up to the gym . So if I do double my goal I excuse myself for the day. It's great knowing how many calories I've burned so I can balance my daily diet accordingly. Also the chanllenges with friends is a great motivator.
