I purchased this Fitbit after I constantly lost my Fitbit flex due to the clasp coming undone multiple different times. It fits nicely on my wrist, and I love that it has a watch band closure.

Received my new fit bit in a busted up package, returned it to BestBuy's local store for an even swap. This should have not been shipped damaged and it was a pain returning, this defeated the purpose of buying it online....

I had a black one ans loved it, so i decided to purchase another one in diffetwnr color. Great product. Helps keep me on track dailt and to increase my goals as I reach certain plateaus.

Good little band. I know FitBit is the go-to band for this sort of thing, but now I know why! I needed a way to track my steps and heart rate - I didn't think that I'd use the watch, but I do.

Fitbit fitness tracker was purchased for a gift and has been a nice addition to the persons fitness routine. Provides pulse rate, number of steps, incline and daily goals.

This thing is awesome! It tracks my steps, heart rate, calories burned and even connects to my phone! it's also ver comfortable to wear. Sometimes I forget I'm wearing it. Would highly recommend!

I like being able to try to get to that next level... It's great to know you are so close that you can accomplish it that day!! Great help with exercise and diet program!!!

Very good battery life, fit bit app is good could always be improved on. Would have given 5 if it was waterproof, but i knew that with my price point that i could afford.

#1 The display is useless. It is so dim. If you are exercising indoors, and would like to check your HR, you can barely see it. Running outdoors in sunlight with sunglasses on? No chance. #2 The HR monitor is useless. 50% of the time there is no reading when I check it. It just shows "- -". The other 50% of the time, when the monitor does display a number, I'd guess it can be up to 30 Bpm off. #3 The HR graph displayed on the app is so broad that it is almost impossible to see an accurate picture. Want to know you HR at 3:00pm? Not happening.

I bought this for my wife, she really enjoys the Charge HR (She just used it for a week) she can track her sleep and her exercise. Also the battery life is outstanding.

Mostly accurate readings. The benefit is to really get into inputing dietary trends and daily activities other than cardio.

Seems to work well, takes a bit getting used to have it post time with wrist flick. I which I could get it to go to HR with wrist flick instead - at least when working out

This is the 2nd fitbit I have owned. I really like the product, but it fell apart after 8 months. A friend had the same issue. Buying the service agreement is worth it.

Device is allowing me to track my activity, though the wrist band at time causes a rash. Would prefer being able to change the band on the device or have it as a necklace.

Recently decided I was going to start working out more and tracking progress! This works great for what I need. It tells you relevant information that i find useful when trying to lose weight!

Had the HR for a year, works really well, but at the end of the year the strap became detached from the housing, it did not resist the sweat and regular work out use.

I spend a lot of time researching electronics before I buy them. I have to see I am very happy with the Fitbit hr charge. I especially like how it tracks your sleep. I find it very informative

I enjoy exercise, but I don't enjoy only approximating how many calories I burn. This has really helped me reach my fitness goals! Bonus: as a nerd, watching my stats is actually kind of fun! :)

I just love how I can track my bpm heart rate, it acts and as a watch, has caller ID and when I reach my step goals I get the alert. Its fits comfortable on my wrist too.

Very easy to set up (App) and offering an abundance of data. I did not find a product instruction sheet (e.g. that you can tap the device to show some performance data).
