Can't live without it. Got it as a gift and now I got one as a gift for my mom! It's very accurate and super functional! Great color and comfortable too.

I enjoy tracking my progress and seeing how much I actually walk each day without a formal exercise program. It's really opened my eyes to the need for activity.

I purchased this as a gift after having already purchased two for my children. Both my kids love keeping track of their steps and it's become a competition to see who has the most on a daily basis. This one was purchased for my father who is 72. I needed something simple enough for him to use as well as the kids but packed with features. This is an excellent Fitbit for starters and very durable. Although not "waterproof" it does stand up to the normal perspiration from strenuous exercise. The price is also good compared to others with similar features. You won't be disappointed.

Good tool for monitoring exercise and heart rate. Also app is good for dieting. Periodic trouble with battery but service is excellent.

i gave this fitbit to my wife. This is the 3rd one. The other two fell apart. This new one seems to be stable, but doesn't count stairs well. But, alas Best Buys guarantee is priceless.

I am having issue with the program for my phone and it is hard to log exercises they do not have in their program. For the cost i would have thought it would be a better program included.

I switched from a Surge to this Charge HR because the band on the Surge just wasn't comfortable. Docked a star for not being waterproof.
