I needed a new Fitbit since I lost the one I got for Mother's Day 2016 and when I saw the Charge HR on clearance I jumped on it! I love how the band is wide and very comfortable to wear. All of the functions are great; the only one I'm not sure is registering a true reading is the heart rate monitor but it probably is. Only Con: Any movement might be registered as a step. While driving from state to state I logged over a thousand steps; I guess I move alot...lol.

never thought i really wanted one until i opened it.....Love it. helps me stay on track, my kids even check it when we go to amusement parks.

The Fitbit is excellent. I track every step from the time I wake up. I have been excited to increase the steps each day.

Great tech features. This is my third Fitbit, the cheaply made wristbands fall apart and separate from the unit. I have never had trouble with the device, just the cheap plastic bands. I upgraded from the regular Charge to the Charge HR because the heart rate monitor appealed to me. However, it too has the cheap wristband and though it has a buckle, it too is a gross discredit to the product.

I switched from Garmin to Fitbit because of the heart rate monitor to go along with the step monitor. I have really enjoyed using my Fitbit!

Love the slim design, length of battery life (if not on all day sync). It is more accurate in measuring my steps than my previous tracker.

Think it is great for people who don't work out and want to help them know what they can do to improve their excersise

Had issues with battery not holding power but I had warranty and exchanged 2 times.... otherwise it's a good product

That Fitbit HR does exactly what I want great device one thing I wish it stayed charged longer other than that I like it.

Product is exactly as described. I thought it was priced a little high. Wished the battery lasted longer on one charge.

This is my third style of Fitbit. I like this one mostly because of the heart rate reader. I also like the vibration when receiving a call.

This is a solid product except for the fact that the caller ID has such a long lag between the phone ringing and showing on the watch that it's useless. Phone: lg G4

Can't seem to adjust the time (military?) on the device. All changes must be done on website? Still haven't been able to connect device to website. I will keep trying

Purchased this as a gift for my 58 year old technologically-ill mother who was able to use it without any assistance!

I have owned many Fitbit Products and all have been great. Bought the HR due to the fact that it has a buckle. Fits great on wrist or ankle.

This is a great item to track your heart rate when working out! Sometimes it has trouble connecting with phone but is easily fixable.

Bought this for my wife and it has greatly motivated her to keep up her walking. The phone app allows her to be competitive with friends.

First one wouldn't sync with my phone. Best Buy exchanged with no problem and new one has been working great since.

Excellent fitness tracker. My only wish is that it was water proof. The app is very user friendly and the step counter is very accurate.
