Mine works this one seems inaccurate

Mine works fine, this seems to today grossly underestimate the number of steps. This one is for my wife, so either it doesn't fit her correctly, or it may be defective. Tried all the things fitbit suggested, measured her stride length, adjusted the band, and made sure it was set to her non dominant hand. I would still recommend this to people because even though it may be inaccurate, it still gets you moving.
