The hr monitor is useless so buy down to the version without it. Otherwise fitbit is gradually marginally improving their product line since inception....steps are accurate, sleep time is accurate, etc.

Reliable and accurate device

Very reliable and love the fact that when I'm away from my phone and don't hear it ring that it vibrates and let's me know if someone is calling. Especially my son is in the military and I wait for every phone call and with this I don't miss his calls. Gives me extra piece of mind knowing that I won't miss his call.

Great activity tracker

The watch band design is much more secure than the snap on version like on the Flex or Alta. One star off because after awhile, the back of the Fitbit started falling off where the charging port plugs. Fitbit quickly warrantied and sent a new replacement.
