    This has helped inspire me to keep moving and logging what I eat. The down side has been it has a hard time syncing, so I can get the information logged. There are times that it will go for days NOT syncing up and I would have to reset things up.

    The setup and usage are very simple. Overall works well. The band is not changeable, the screen scratches extremely easy and it is water resistant, not waterproof. I will probably look closely at Garmin next time because of these limitations.
