Initially purchased a Fitbit One, loved it. However, it stopped working correctly after a little over a year. So I went to Best Buy to purchase another Fitbit and liked the features of the Charge HR. The wristband is uncomfortable and I have to charge it constantly. My next purchase will be another Fitbit One. It does not have all the features of the Charge HR, but it was more comfortable to 'wear' and it held its charge longer. I can do without the Charge HR features in favor of simplicity and convenience.

    Not very accurate

I love the concept, but first off if you work with your hands you will quickly realize that you can rack up miles of "steps" without ever leaving your office chair. The heart rate is not worth the extra cash, I returned it and got the zip which is much more accurate for actual steps taken.

I had a Fitbit but it quit working. I replaced it. I replaced with an extended warranty. The first one I bought I also bought at Best Buy. It was not yet a year old. The only way I could even get it checked out was to send it back to Fitbit. I like the t product. But I was disappointed in the one year warranty.

After washing my original Fitbit I obtained this one and I love the color. It holds up well to an active emergency medical services outdoor conditions. I love the color and the price. I only wish I could wear it on my ankle or under my clothes.I encourages me to walk some more.

This product was great but even more I feel like I paid a fair price for the product that’s always important to me. The quality and function of the device is always one thing I look for and this works great. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the purchased and would recommend this anyone.

This was a replacement for another Charge HR that only lasted a few months before the band started ripping/peeling near the screen. Hope this lasts longer than the previous one. Buy the Geek Squad protection just in case.

Date/Time messed up after 1 week

The date and time messed up after one week. I checked the settings and it is set to EST which is my time zone. Need to take in, but frustrated it messed up so quickly. Secondly, it says it has a step counter. I live on the 5th floor of my building and take the stairs every day, usually 3-4 round trips a day. On average, my fitbit said I walked up 3 stairs a day.

I like all the features. It's a little thick for my wrist so I don't like sleeping with it but other than that it does a great job. I especially like being able to see who is calling without having my phone on during meetings!! And I like when it tells me I'm doing a great job!

This is the best purchase I have made in a long time. It has me motivated with all the social capabilities, keeps me up to date on my fitness, and has helped me exercise more effectively. I have had the s watch and the moto watch, but neither are on the same level as my Charge HR or the app that comes with it.

Bought this from Best Buy after looking around at various shops. Best price had the best price. Fitbit HR Charge is what I wanted to keep track of my heard rate along with steps, calories, stairs and sleep functions. Easily syncs with iPhone app and easy to monitor.

I bought this as a gift and had to have it replaced within a few months. The screen is really too small. The HR2 would be a much better device to purchase. It does, however serve it's purpose. Likes the HR feature.
