Works good, the battery life is supposed to be five days, Mine only last me two days.

Accurate with the heart rate and info..... but.... It only last 2-3 months before needing replaced!!!! I am on my 2nd fitbit hr and it needs replaced again!! First purchase date was 3/2016, replaced 6/2016 and will be headed to take this one back to the store.

Being on your wrist it does not seem to give accurate steps nor flights of steps. Sometimes it seems way off to the plus side.

Great colors selection, light weight, reasonable price. Got 4 stars because the screen is way too small & hard to read.

I lost the charging cable. It is unique shape. I had to buy again. It would be great with normal Mini USB Cable.

bought for my wife and she loves what all the features it has and all the information it gives her as she is doing all of her daily chores

The only con about this item is the color, if you are using it as a work out you might want to opt for a different color

This is my 3rd Fitbit. Upgraded from the flex. Like that I can see data on device. A little bulky but otherwise I like.

The FitBit product is effective and all of the add led perks like calorie counting and barcode scanning make this product a must have!!!

The Fitbit is pretty good. It freezes up from time to time, and isn't always accurate, but works well most of the time.

I cannot get it to synch up with my phone or PC. As a result the time is 13 hours off and it resets in the middle of the day when it thinks it is midnight. I cannot track my activities. I can check it manually, the heart rate and step counts seem accurate.

Its a great product at the this price. not bulky so does not feel uncomfortable when you wear this all day and night.

Got this after my jawbone up2 didn't stopped working. Nothing but good things to say about fitbit. There is a reason why it is so popular.

My Fitbit is less than 3 weeks old. I am a mom and have a sit down job. First, the battery says it should last 5 days. I'm charging every 3 or less. Also there are about 5-6 scratches already on the face. This would be from everyday activities. Did I mention I have a sit down job! Didn't get the warranty but wish I did.

My only problem with the Fitbit is it broke me out around my wrist. You do need to take it off and let your arm breath.

great product haven't had any real problems the sensors in the device are a little sensitive but that can be adjusted
