Love it! It's is very easy to operate love the color and the fit

I bought for Christmas and by Jan 27th the display was not working very disappointed since I really was using it a lot. Not a good buy if the dispay doesn't work after a month.

Honestly, I didn't even buy this, so I don't know how it works. I'm guessing it's good since I haven't heard complaints.

Once the Fitbit came in it was broken. It turned on once and than shut off. We took it to bestbuy and they said we just had to replace it. The problem is we've been having to wait because it was sold out online and in stores. We still do not have a Fitbit that we ordered beginning of February.

My clock only worked for about a week Now despite contacting Support and trying to resolve, it's 5 hours and 21 minutes off! Very irritating I gave up wearing a watch for this Also sleep feature only works once in awhile - when it wants to, no matter what I do. Fitbit says the engineers are aware of these problems and working on it but really??? for $150.???

I like having that info at all times. It allows me better choices of which hills I need to walk for the most benefit.

It has helped our son with special needs be more willing to exercise. He is very proud of his steps!!

Only one thing missing, heart rate. I could've upgraded for that but like this smaller size. Other than that, love it.

I have purchased 4 of these trackers since 2015. The quality is substandard for a product that cost $150.00. Issues were as follows: tracker 1 was to small so I gave it to a friend. Tracker 2 display wouldn't work after 2 months, Fitbit replaced and the replacement arrived as a non-working unit. Fitbit sent another and it worked for 3 months. Tracker 3 purchased different color, and it lasted about 3 months, contacted Fitbit through email with no response. Tracker 4 now has died. They were worn daily and not abused, however would not last longer then 4 months.. Save yourself the aggravation and look at something different..
