    My first Fitbit HR stopped working In less than six months. Fitbit support tech tried to fix but ended up returning to Best Buy. Given new replacement. So far no issues. Really like the secure fastener on the band. The plastic dial cover got a big scratch within first week, despite no drops or obvious usage causes. Should be scratch resistant.
