Did not hold up after 6 months

I will rate Fitbit Customer Service as a 5 star experience since the fixed and addressed this issue quickly so I'll continue to buy their products since they stand behind them.

Small screen

The band isn't as nice as the 2, the screen is way too small and it's not touch. I'll be getting her the HR2 instead.
