I like all the features but the screen cracked within the first couple weeks.

I bought 3 of these from different stores (due to color availability) for people for Christmas. All three began to separate in the exact same spot in less than one year. FitBit was not helpful and I will never buy another FitBit product.

Bought it mainly for the heart monitor but it does not seem to be able to be set up so I can have that be the pop up when I turn my wrist. So far it appears as though I will need to flip though the screens to get to the heart rate and if that is what I need to do I might just as well take my own pulse.

If you're working out, you have to tap it to see your heart beat rate.

For average use, the Fitbit HR doesn't hold up very well. The first one I had the band came off and was replaced. The second Fitbit HR the charging piece broke off. I'm trying to determine what to do next since it's out of warranty.

Nice watch but went with apple smart watch instead to match my iphone.

I had bought this product with high expectations hoping to monitor the activities it CLAIMS to monitor ACCURATELY. I have used it for a little over a month and have noticed that the data measured is far from accurate. Especially the floor count. It is always way off. Steps are accurate to some degree, however the distance is not. HR is accurate on everyday activity. However, when you workout to a sweat, it stops recording/ displaying the HR. I have also noticed it does not display HR over 160. On a strenuous workout, i have compared to another HR monitor I use which would display HR OF 178.Have read other customers using the same product complain about this issue on Fitbit blogs..You have to wipe the under surface of the band quite often for it to work. Below average battery life. I get 3 days tops after a full charge.
