Customer Ratings & Reviews

The fit bit charge HR is a great activity tracker, with app compatibility and multiple tracking options. The battery lasts 2-3 days. The display screen does scratch easily

Bought this as a gift. I have the Fitbit charger. It is awesome as a step counter and as a watch. Liked it enough to buy as a gift. Already recommended it to a friend.

My wife actually wears this one. I reviewed the other one on behalf of my thoughts. My wife's only complaint is why is her steps count not as high as mine. I know with the update on the app you can measure your stride length now so maybe she can take a look at that. Overall, she enjoys it. She likes seeing how much calories she burns as well as how many steps she does in a day. Hopefully its accurate!

Its great for tracking steps and sleep. The color is also really pretty without being too girly.

So far great; my wife loves it! Got this from Best Buy, was easy to find, was easy to compare to other products. Just great. Recommended.

I get excited when I reach 10,000 steps! I love the watch but wish it was water proof.

Use this to keep myself accountable to myself striving to become more fit. The numbers are not completely accurate but they are close. I have very small wrists and the small works well.

Accurate, comfortable, stylish. The raise to see the clock doesn't always work right.

I love the thin, light weight form of the device. It does everything that the surge that except that it is a lot cheaper and isn't as bulky to sleep in and carry in all types of activities.

The fitbit does all it says and all i expect. Love the functionality. Keeps track of information and allows daily reviews -no complaints!

I have had a few different activity trackers. I like this one because you can see your progress right on the band. I love seeing the time and I don't have to wear a watch.

I was so excited to get this for Christmas but after 2 days of use, I developed a rash on the side of my wrist. Kinda bulky to wear. Wasn't comfortable under my coat.

I bought the Fitbit Charge HR in large, the large was too big so I returned it. I then bought the same product in small, the small didn't fit correctly either. The face on the large was way too big and the face of the small was significantly smaller, kind of wish there was a medium. The band itself is uncomfortable and annoying.

The only sizes available are Small and Large. Small is to small, Large is to Large. Size matters on how some functions work.

It is very helpful but the sleep setting is very sensitive. I would also like to see more options for a wrist band that is not so warm to wear during the summer months.

Holds a charge for a long time, heat beat monitor is a plus, and works great to track your activity.

I like the Fit bit charge HR but don't like how it fits on my wrist. It also doesn't alway track steps and stairs correctly.

This is a good product. I really like the caller ID. Would like to see sleep pattern on my wrist. I may not have it set up correctly. Over all this is a great buy!!!

Bought this as a gift for my Daughter and it has really encouraged her to get off the couch. She is entering challenges with friends that also have a fitbit and loves the goal setting

Got this for my wife and se loves it. Only thing we've noticed is that it will mistake inclines for stairs on occasion.
