Customer Ratings & Reviews

Bought these for my kids 11, 13 and 15. They love them! They compete daily with their aunts, uncles, and cousins who also got these for Christmas to see who can be the most active!

No confusing set up or synching needed. Comfortable to wear all day and night. Battery lasts a few days and charges fast. Gives accurate information and is presented in a simple manner.

Several times I have had to reset the fitbit. Band is not that durable. I have had for a little over a month and have a small tear in band. It works as expected.

I have small wrist and thought this would fit but was way too small. Took it back and got the large and love it! Other than very small wristband its a great product

Worked great.... until it didn’t. Worked for about 12-14 months.... just in time for the warranty to run our.

I like it better than the other Fitbit, the Flex. It's sturdier. The Charge does exactly what I expected it to do. No complaints here.

This is a great product. It creates a checklist for those like myself that need constant reminders of progress. Its a little uncomfortable to sleep in but other than that is Great!!!

I love this watch so much, it really is a great investment especial if in to sports like I am. It also look good on your wrist even when you have it on when your not working out.

The tracker works well and was easy to set up doesn't always communicate with other devices or apps as well as expected in sometimes feels uncomfortable to wear.

I love the Fitbit charge HR, it's fun and interesting seeing what your activity looks like each day. My only complaint is that it isn't always real comfortable.

I got my wife the fitbit for her birthday and now she won't take it off! She loves tracking her progress and now is competing with our son for the most steps per day.

This is a perfect accessory to any level of active lifestyle! Whether you're a beginner or whether you're trying to increase your level of activity or even if you're a pro, it's great!

This Fitbit does everything I need it to do and more. The best part is the motivation that comes from wearing it. I keep trying to do more than the previous day. Highly recommended.

This was a gift for my daughter and the Fitbit has inspired her to walk and reach her daily step goal. She also uses it as her alarm to wake her for school daily. Great purchase!

With the exception of some minor difficulties with resetting the tracker, it works great. She loves it and is kicking my a** on the daily and weekly step totals!

Bought this for my mother for christmas, shes obsessed with fitness and maintaining her health, perfect gift for her, color is cute

This tracks everything and it's fun to use. I hope they come up with a waterproof one for showering or better yet swimming. But until then, this is great to keep you fit and moving!

I love the idea and simplicity of this Fitbit. But I have had to exchange it once already for faulty battery. The replacement works much better, however the button on the side sticks causing it to record activity when I have not wanted it to. The Fitbit deserves more than 3 stars, but I cant give more than that considering I will soon be on my 3rd one in less than 45 days. I would recommend this product to anyone thinking of getting one, but with the warning of, you may need to exchange it.

I have to get another, but for good reason! I accidentally bought the wrong size and only wore it for a day but really liked it. Gave the smaller size to my wife and she loves it too!

Great health tool, but the lense would be better if it was scratch resistant. The band at times is difficult to close.
