Customer Ratings & Reviews

Over all it is good but hate that it tracks calories when you don't wear it. So you don't get a accurate reading of calories burned

I love how this product motivates me just by letting you challenge friends and logging your food in the app.

I love this so much I've bought one for my wife and mother-in-law. We love the community aspect of being able to challenge one another to walk more.

Fit bit works great for counting steps & calories and heart rate but will not track my sleep. Returned it and got another one but again tracks everything but my sleep. My daughter and mom wore it and it tracked their sleep. Not sure what is going on but overall I do like it.

Already have lost weight because of this product. Of course I also have to exercise and watch what I eat.

Bought as a gift for my daughter who needs to track activity for health reasons. She is very happy with it and loves the purple color.

Does everything it's suppose to for my fitness needs plus lets me know when a call is coming in. Works great

IBought this for my wife, she absolutely loves it, Were it everyday at work, the gym, on her walks. Very stylish also. Quick charging. Cool device!

Bought this as a gift for my wife. It does everything as advertised. Her only complaint is sometimes the band can be uncomfortable.

Use the sync and enter your food each day! It really helps your awareness of what you are eating vs what you are burning and helps you lose weight!

Bought this for my college age daughter and she loves it. She is health conscious and likes the info the Fitbit gives her about her daily activity.

Picked this up as a gift on Black Friday. So a 20% price reduction, which seems to be best deal around. person really loves it, so it was worth it.

I was hesitant if I wanted to spend the extra money for the HR but it is well worth it. I' find myself working out more as a result of this purchase.

I bought this for my girlfriend fro Christmas. Haven't used it yet but they have a great reputation. Looking forward to seeing how it works exactly

The heart rate monitor doesn't seem to work all the time. Works great for the sleep monitor.

I have been out of shape for embarrassing enough five years. Being able to track my progress and the different badges you can earn really motivates you. I walk 10,000.00 steps a day which is five miles without realizing it. My next phrase is to use the fit bit to track calories eating and burning. It may seem extreme to say but it probably helped to save my life.

Love to keep track of my steps and heart rate, perfect product for it!

I love my fitbit! I spoke to a best buy rep while choosing it and she helped me pick the right one for me. I wear it everyday and I am very happy!

I had heart surgery in June, and since then I've had a high heart rate. This helps me to keep track of it, in case it gets too high. I'm not 100% sure of how accurate it is, but it's close! I also like how I can use the FitBit app to get more details on my activity for the day. I do wish I had gotten black instead of purple, because purple gets kind of dingy!

Love this fitbit. Love it so much, went out and purchased another for my wife. Has so much information to help improve your health. Awesome product.
