Customer Ratings & Reviews

Wife loves it.The only flaw she sees is she wished it had a bigger face sometimes she said it's hard to read.Other than that a 10 out of 10

I brought this for my friend and she loves it! She works at a gym and wants to be active so I thought it was a perfect gift.

I bought this one after my daughter fell in love with mine. She absolutely loves it and watches to make sure she takes enough steps daily.

Got this for my father and he loves it. Very easy to use and set up.

Enjoy seeing my step count and joining with other owners in competition. Heart rate may read higher than actual heart rate.

Great fitness monitor and makes it enjoyable to see the daily results. The ability to connect to the phone is a great feature

The Charge is great! I bought this as a gift for my wife and she loves it! I would recommend it to all you fitness buffs!!

The product service was great, provided any information I needed before I made the purchase. The cashier needs a lesson in customer service.

Purchsed this Fitbit for my wife and she loves the step tracker and likes its ability to show her who is calling her phone.

Great way to track your fitness. I bought one as a gift then bought one for myself a week later!

The Fitbit was bought for my grandson to help him during his partcipation during track and cross country season as well as for his health.

The Fitbit HR Charge is great as it tells you all you need to know about your fitness level everyday and your sleeping patterns at night!

My only complaint is that it's not waterproof. Otherwise I love everything about it. It does exactly as its claimed to do.

Not the most comfortable band, but since it is meant to be worn during exercise that is understandable. The heart rate monitor is most helpful, and I enjoy how the watch knows when I'm checking the time so it turns on without my having to push any pesky buttons. Everyone needs to get one. Then all of us will make a challenge and walk all the steps.

Bought it as a gift for my wife and she loves everything about it.

So far so good. The flex broke after 4 months, hoping the Charge HR will last longer. Like the upgraded features on this one.

Helps me stay on track and focused on my goals. I have trouble syncing now and then, but overall I'm pleased for what it does.

I bought this item as a gift for my fiancé. She loves the item and all the great features it has to assist in to better, healthier life.

Plugged it in and it was ready to go. Had a small fit bit and this new piece picked up where the other left off. Have had no trouble with it.

I give this product a medium rating due to the lack of control I was able to have over it. I want to be able to turn the bluetooth (or wifi or any wireless connections) off on any devices that I have. I could not do it with this one. I returned it for a different brand which would allow me to do this. So, while the product was otherwise very nice, this was an important feature I just had to have.
