Customer Ratings & Reviews

I absolutely love the silent alarm! I like the extra data I can get with the press of a button, compared to the basic Fitbit.

I got this for my wife and she loves it, however her wrist is towards the larger size of the small wrist band and when it is set to those holes it tends to unfasten itself and fall off. I highly recommend trying them on in store somewhere before buying.

Sometimes my battery drains fast at work i think its from the WiFi..other then that i love my new exercise toy

Wife loved the purple color and it helps her to see where she's at. Easy to use and requires a charge only every 4th or 5th day.

Great way to track your health. Very light. Goes with any dress code highly recommend

I recently had this particular tracker replace my wife's Up3. She absolutely adored the Up band but once we found out Best Buy doesn't carry the jawbone bands anymore, our warranty covered replacing it to a different brand. We chose the Charge HR and she barely remembers the Up3 ever existed. I highly recommend this product.

got it on sale. good value for price ! i will recommend it to a friend

Purchased as Christmas gift for family member. They enjoy the features and capability of syncing data to app.

I searched several stores decided on Best Buy for the great customer service knowledge given by employees. I love my Fitbit.

Great quality tracker. My only beef is that the app doesn't have much detailed support. I wish it was more like the web console

The Fitbit is great for runners. Steps are not counted if you're cycling and I spin a lot so that's unfortunate

Most helpful to check my Hr, accept challenges, track sleep and most of all motivation to get on and stay on a fitness pathway!

Does what it says it does. Occasionally glitches and doesn't record flights of steps. But overall a good product.

I purchased this for my daughter, she loves the silent alarm that vibrates to wale her up. So far it's been a great purchase

Works exactly as advertised. Really love the fat burning tracking option and caller ID feature. Would definitely recommend.

Haven't had any issues with this device so far. I can set my goals where I want them and enjoy the weekly progress reports.

I loved this watch when I got it. Then the charge twos came out with the bigger screen and I bought one of them.

Does everything it says its supposed to do. Works well.

My only complaint is that I don't like to wear it while I am sleeping.

Before I bought the Fitbit I read multiple reviews from magazines and I am please that it lived up to all the great reviews
