    I liked the idea of the charge HR, but it just didin't quite fit my wrist. The strap itself fit, however the area that contains the mechanics was just too large for my wrist and didn't fit quite like a watch. Had to return it

    Switched from my polar ft60 to the HR charge! It's worth the investment of not having to wear a monitor on your chest . Fairly accurate! Love the color in plum as well, very stylish!

    The first one I bought, the glass cracked. Best Buy was wonderful to work with, had bought Geek Squad Protection, and they replaced it. Like the ease of use, just wish they'd make some inique wrist bands instead of the standard colors.

    Find another product, research it, and buy it. The OTHER product. I had a FitBit, which was glichy enough as it was. "So why did I buy a Charge HR" I keep asking myself! So many bugs--too many to name. One week, it just stopped working altogether (sleep, heart rate, steps--NOTHING was recorded). Help sites all talk about the same things, so the company IS aware. Very few of their fixes fix it. You just have to wait for the damned thing to fix itself. Perhaps my biggest beef is with the synching process. The synchs are NOT automatic and TAKE FOREVER. I spend more time pulling my hair out over this device than gleaning useful info from it. My BF has an Up and has very little if any problems with it. He lost it one time, and they replaced it--for FREE.
