Great for motivating better fitness

I especially like that it tells me if my phone is getting a call and who is calling. Oh, and it's a watch that gives the time when you shake your arm.

I thought I would need a large but I went to a store first and tried it on, actually needed a small. So I would recommend trying on first just to be sure. Works well and it's been a good motivator.
