After review they sent me a new one free of charge to replace the one I got at Best Buy. This one is holding battery better! Not sure if it was just faulty fitbit/battery or something else?

Accurate heart rate

The size small wristband also seems to run smaller than the flex as well. Also, I'm not sure the sleep is accurate, unless I'm "restless" more than I realized. I really should have done my research before purchasing as this was an impulse buy. It serves it's purpose none the less.
