Really love my Charge HR. This fitness tracker is a lot better than the original charge. The heart rate monitor is pretty accurate. And you don't have to worry about it falling off.

imo the best fitbit device out. wear it all the time. avg 5 days of battery life. prefer over the alta and blaze. only drawback is it doesn't receive texts like the blaze. 2 thumbs up!

Great tool to help track and motivate yourself and get out of the arm chair. My wife is using it daily and likes the size and features. She recommends this wearable.

This is a gift to mom. I like mine and wear everyday. However, my mom got a bit itchy and allergy on her wrist when wearing it, and she did not wear it all the time.

I purchased this for my wife around the holidays. The first one had trouble syncing, but we exchanged it and have not had an issue since. Battery lasts several days.

Sometimes the reading is inaccurate . In the morning I am awake and out of bed for half hour (7.30 am) but the Fitbit reading showed awake 1 min earlier (7.59 am).

I use my fitbit everyday, it has motivated me more to work out and walk more. When i had a problem i took it to best buy and they replaced it with a brand new one!

Doesnt seem to be accurate. Steps off, Heart rate off. Floors off, Sleep off. Dont know if this is a coincidence but since wearing the bracelet my entire arm has been sore.

The pink Fitbit is so pretty. Of course Buying it from Best Buy was a smart move. When I discovered it was on sale after I purchased it, they price matched it and credited me $20.00.

This works great and easily sync' to my iPhone. It's also nice that it had a watch function as it has replaced my watch as well. Great way to see how active you are during the day!

The tracker works very we'll. The only problem I had was where you plug it in to charge it broke. Fit bit replaced it without qualms but the new one also broke.

Like the slim design. Charge lasts about 2-3 days. Needs to sit correctly on the wrist or sometimes doesn't pick up data, but once we figured that out it's been tracking things well.

I have a charge and blaze for myself and lost 35 pounds by tracking with it. I bought this for my sister and she loves it! Fitbit is awesome for tracking exercise and calorie burn.

Very comfortable to wear and i don't lose it or forget to take it out before washing my clothes. I also like that it vibrates when I have an incoming phone call.

Many many problems from day one . I have bought 2 within 13 months and have had functional problems on both. I am constantly on phone to the fitbit customer service

always loved Fitbit products only issue I have is its doesnt always display the time when you turn your wrist. it sometimes does not do call notifications as well

Fitbit Charge HR is a great way to track your daily activity but It is not comfortable at all. I wish it was made of a more flexible and softer material or leather.

Back of first one broke but was replaced under warranty, unfortunately they weren't able to find my warranty info in the store system but thankfully had my original receipt at home

I love the wristband and the app used along with this. My Fitbit started to come apart and the company sent a replacement! That's a good company! Other than that I love it!
