Glad I purchased Best Buy optional Geek Squad protection! Concept and step accuracy is good; the replacements didn't cost me anything additional.

Good try, but a flaw in design

My husbands band fell apart on him twice. We received a replacement and that fell apart with little time after receiving it. Very dissatisfied.
