I love everything about this tracker except for the times it miscalculates my steps for the day.

Mom has cardiac problems and the HR feature frequently stopped working making for a few scares.

My husband bought me this as a present and it worked great for the first day. Once I plugged it in to charge, it never worked the same. I was costly having issues, it wasn't keeping track of anything and it finally just ended up in my jewelry box never to be worn again.

I was so excited to get by fitbit, but it was not compatible with my motox phone. I returned the item.

I had to return this device, it would not sync with the app.

I like the HR, it does the job. Not a fan of the band, it is rather bulky and not pliable.

Ive had my fitbit maybe a month and I am very disappointed. I want a refund. It stays charged maybe a day, doesnt sink correctly with my phone. I hate it. My family all has different models and no one else has the same problems. Maybe this one is just glitched.

Heart rate monitor is not very accurate. Get's uncomfortable when wearing the whole day.

Before choosing the Fitbit Charge HR, I wore my husbands Jawbone UP2 for a couple of weeks so that I could make a direct comparison while I decided if the Fitbit was the tracker for me. Other than really liking the smaller size of the UP2, I prefer the Fitbit Charge HR. Being able to see my steps, heart rate, etc. without having to pull out my phone and open an app is wonderful. Having continuous heart rate monitoring, as well as detailed information about my heart rate over the course of a workout is fantastic. At this time the UP3, Jawbone's tracker with a heart rate monitor, only provides resting heart rate. Even if they updated their software to include the continuous monitoring info, not having a display kills it for me, now that I've experienced the convenience of the Charge HR. There are a couple of things to note, however: 1.) My battery life is nowhere near the claimed 5 days. I'm getting MAYBE 2 - 2.5 max. I charged it before leaving for an overnight trip - the indicator said it was at close to a full charge before I walked out the door. 28ish hours later, as I was making the long drive back, I was getting low battery warnings. My solution to that is to just charge it every time I shower. It's not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. 2.) The Jawbone app is far superior in terms of intuitive use and the detailed information provided. The Fitbit app would have been fine had I not experienced Jawbone's first. But, for example, in Jawbones sleep summary, you can find out exactly what time any event took place by simply touching the graph. I was awake 12 times for a total of 50 minutes? In the Fitbit app I see the overall pattern, but can't see what times each of those wakeful periods took place. That's just one example of the many small ways the Jawbone app edges out the Fitbit one. Overall, if you like instant access to your information over the course of the day, and continuous heart rate monitoring, the Fitbit Charge HR is a great choice.

I don't wear it often. It's tight on my arm. I like that I can see my incoming calls.

This does job for someone looking to track steps, heart rate, but does not have a GPS

hard to buckle, screen too small to see, is ok for a younger person with good eyes

It gets old looking into the app to see the statistics. Get a smartphone instead.

Fit bit is good, but when sweat on your hands with it it loses count of your steps

It will not turn on or charge, so I am returning it to the store for a new one.

This was my second fit bit charge that stopped working. I received the first one as a Mothers' Day gift. It would not charge after having it for just a month. The second one wouldn't charge after two months. I returned it and got an Apple Watch.
