The product itself worked great & I like the "watch like" band the HR has but I got a small because I have smaller wrists. But because the HR scanner sticks out, it was too tight on my wrist and began to smell after a while from sweat or water when I washed my hands. Make sure you get the right size, I returned it for the same thing just in a large.

Easy set-up and use. The phone app lis great for tracking progress to short and long term goals.

The fit bit I purchased for my girlfriend was a big hit. She hates wearing bracelets and watches but the fit bit is super comfortable and she wears it all day and night. She loves tracking her steps and getting a picture of her activity through out the day. She also likes competing with friends and family that have fit bits using the challenge feature it has. Also the HR monitor is handy to know when she is in the fat burning zone during her workouts.

Got this product and the first piece that i received was defective. After one week of debugging with the support i decided to take it back to best buy and get a new piece. The second one worked out of the box. Its nice but not very accurate when it comes to heart rate and also distances. I have a dedicated running watch and so it does not compare to that. But overall the features and accuracy is not bad for the price.

I really like the feel and fit of this fitbit over the original as it gives me more information and helps me get a better idea of where i am in terms of hitting my daily targets for exercising and getting healthy. I like the silent alarm a lot as it helps me to wake up a little more gently in the morning as compared to the effect of a bell alarm clock. Seems to be really good at dealing with sweat and water when washing hands. Have had no issues as of yet.
