Having lots of fun with it!

I developed a slight rash as others have noted but change wrists at night and no issues. I like the sync but have to wait for sleep to be recorded. Not sure how accurate the heart rate monitor is. The sleep monitor can give misleading readings if you wake up but don't move your arm. On the whole I really like it and it's a great motivator.

I wear it all the time and find it motivating to do a little more. The battery lasts a long time. It's easy to sync on your computer or phone (if you have better than an IPhone 4) I like the HR feature for just a little more money (it's fun to check your HR randomly like at your kids sporting events or on a rollercoaster). Sleep monitoring is cool to.
