Overall, a good motivator to stay on the program.

But it helps me to try and reach the 10,000 steps goal. Don't walk with your hand in your pocket - it won't count the steps if your hand is not moving. By the same token, you can sit in your chair and pump your arms to get some extra steps. Maybe it all averages out when all is said and done.

Bought one for my Wife

My only regret was not waiting until the new units came out, but sometimes launch dates get extended and wanted to get my wife going right away.
