    For this Fitbit tracker, it took multiple attempts to set it up on different devices in order to update the software on the unit. This is a known problem with the Fitbit ChargeHR. Overall though setup was pain, once it was the unit was updated and working, the Fitbit functions as it should. Over great purchasing experience through BestBuy.com!

    Great purchase. Love this Fitbit. It was upgrade from the flex. The only drawback is I think it looks wise on my small wrist. But love that I'm able to view my steps and heart rate instantly without using the Fitbit app.

    Excellent but still minimalistic in design. Ready access to steps taken, distance, calories burned, and floors climbed. App allows you to track and view other things including caloric intake and water intake. Watch appears when you lift your wrist. Otherwise, disappears. M
