She thinks the band is great, it fits well, and looks cool. The Fit bit is also easy to use and sync with your cellphone, computer and Ipad.

I bought this out of curiosity for my physical activity in a day. Syncs well with my iPhone. Only downside is that I notice some discomfort on my wrist when I wear it for long periods of time- almost like a bruising sensation. Beyond that, I love the information it provides me.

Great for a beginner

The first 4 months I was impressed with the technology and the tracking capabilities. Shortly after the 4 months the Fitbit failed to sync and went haywire. I tried the factory reset and took it into the Best Buy store. They told me they couldn't even get it to turn on or hold a charge that they would not be able to help me. Geek Squad recommended I contact Fitbit to see if they could fix the issue. I loved the device initially but it was not cut out to be a serious training watch.

Great warranty!

Sure enough with in the 60days they discovered a defect and a chip on the glass. They gave a new one and renewed my warranty (: pretty happy on the quick switch. Not all places offer a additional warranty, Bestbuy well priced and easy to work with. The Fitbit is doing great 2nd round.

Good health tracker for the price

The only downside I've seen is the screen is easy to scratch/scuff and there isn't anything you can do about it. This problem I believe only occurs with really hands on work though because my girlfriend has one too and hers barely has any scratches on it
