||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my fit bit and logging food is rather easy if you take the time to do it. my only complain is that during strenuous workouts it doesn't always read the heart rate correctly until there is a lull. but i think unless you are wearing a chest strap type of reader this will always be the case.

So does that mean mine will always have problems? I haven't yet but I might return it.

Great tracker

Works Great!

At first, she has some problems with the sync function to her iPhone. Sometimes it worked perfectly and other times, not so. She did exchange it for a new one at the Best Buy store and they were so nice and cooperative in the exchange. All is working now and she totally enjoys it!

Second time's the charm

Thanks to Best Buy's easy exchange policy I got another and it works great. I have the Tangerine. It looks more Red than Orange and it was dirty after just a week of wearing it. I wish I would have gotten black because this one isn't coming clean!
