I owned and lost 2 fitbit flex due to the horrible clasp and swore I'd never buy another fitbit product. A friend bought the ChargeHR and showed it to me highlighting the watchband type clasp and I'm once again hooked on fitbit. Love my new device!

I'm now having some issues with my fitbit. I don't know how to change the time. For some reason it lost 3 hours and I am having problems adjusting the time. Other than that, it's a great tool to use to check my steps and my heart.

I wish they would come out with a waterproof version of this! I do a lot of obstacle races and can't wear it so I have no idea how many calories I'm burning off. Also I don't think it's taking into account the calorie burn when you lift weights or do stationary moves. But overall I have no complaints with this product!

I gave this as a gift & have never received so many compliments. My mom LOVES it & it has caused her to become much more active & aware of her health. Her friends/work colleagues have fitbits and they've caused her to become aware of her health- EVEN IF it's only because of friendly competition between friends.

very user friendly and easy to manage and setup pc

Bought this for my wife. Easy setup downloaded app and followed the on screen setup. Great app, the device even let you lets you know you need to Charge it via the app. The only negative us the cable you attach to charge it is hard to connect to the device. But it does light up when it is connected correctly.

Wife wanted this to kee track of her steps and stuff. It's done a great job at that and acts as a motivator to keep moving. Not as feature rich as an Apple Watch but it does it job fantastically.

Cons: 4 day battery life, not as accurate considering I have a job that requires me to move my hands (resulting in inaccurate step count), my the skin on my wrist needs to "breathe" after using it a few days, not able to use it in the water, and a little bit overpriced. Pros: Can read my heart rate and see the graph on the Fitbit App, forces me to be more active than I have been without it, the challenges I can do with other friends who have Fitbit, it measures my sleep pretty accurate (I didn't realize I was a restless sleeper), the app records my bikes/walk/runs and integrates it with my HR so I can see what zone I'm in.

I love the Fitbit charge because it is easy to use and definitely motivates me to reach my goals. It helps me want to stay healthy. I loved it so much we bought it for my mom and mother in law.

Bought for overall record of daily activity and sleep pattern, can reset for own stride or use Fitbit calculation. Sleep pattern seems very accurate, steps not so much. Need to understand Fitbit calculates to streamline with actual. Good product to measure how well or NOT so well activity measures up daily.

I wish it came with instructions. I did find some online but have not figured out all features such as monitoring sleep. I like the counting of steps and heart beat functions.

This is a great product. It does everything thing it says it will do. Monitors heart rate, tracks steps, miles, flights climbed etc. The silent alarm and caller id features are great as well.

I have an HR charge. Have a lot of problems getting it to sync on my Samsong phone . There are days, like today, when I cannot get it to sync. I want to know if and how many active hours I have and I'm just out of luck.

This tracker is very effective when used with the "my fitness pal" app. It allows to to accurately monitor how much you are eating (caloric intake) - and if you are within the criteria that is needed for you to achieve your weight loss goals.

the heart rate Fitbit helps me track my steps and my heart rate...I really enjoy it...the only problem I have is that it is too wide for my wrist. I wish it could be thinner

I am really pleased with my Fitbit. It has kept me motivated after my recent knee surgery. The only problem I have encountered, is when at therapy, sometimes the heart rate will not read on the display if I am sweating.

Compared several different fitness trackers and this seemed to be the best all across the board. Especially considering everything you get for the price. The only bad thing about it is, the screen is not made from a very durable plastic, my screen already has several scratches.

I wear it every day. It really puts my fitness into perspective! It has a bunch of cool features. I love the silent alarm and the heart rate tracker. If you're looking for a device to give you a jump start on getting healthy then look no further!

I bought this for my wife's birthday. She loves it. Likes the feature of seeing who is calling scroll across Fitbit. She also loves the accuracy of the product.

Love my Fitbit HR I started with the flex and when this came out had to get it. I can't go 1 day without it. The band sizing is smaller than you think that's the only down fall.
