This is great! I've had absolutely no problems as such. The small size fits perfectly, and I think the battery lasts pretty well. I switched to this from the Polar one, and not a single regret. I only wish it worked when showering too!

I had a little difficult first setting up but once done I am enjoying it. I got a couple of other people at work who went and brought it. Little disappointed in the price wasn't on sale when I thought it was by the ad in the paper. Plus was out of stock in store and had to get delivered to my home.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. There are so many options and synced well with our phones. The tracking of everything from calorie and water intake to what you need to do to lose so much weight in certain amount of time!

Seems to work well so far. Wife says it loses the heart rate every once in a while and like all of these devices the step count has to be taken with a grain of salt. Best monitor out there at this price range.

What I was looking for was a simple smaller footprint device to wear. This Fitbit Charge HR has all the features and the smaller footprint that I was wanting. What is maybe the best feature of the device is the community and software behind the device. Very happy all around with this model.

Bought as a gift for my daughter to count her daily steps. She hits over 10,000 each day and is very proud of herself. Sometimes get heart rate incorrect and stair count incorrect but that wasn't the reason I bought it for her so I am not really worried about this.

I found the Fitbit very easy to set up. The information it supplies is extremely useful. The Sleep information is especially useful.

I love this product except there have been a few gliches with the time that was fixed in a day. Also when you are on the treadmill it doesn't keep good step counts - they need to work on that. But overall I am pleased. Wish they would offer more colors like Pink. :)

I really enjoy my Fitbit. I did notice one improvement needed....change the material of the product or update it somehow. I know they warn you about it, but how can you get sleep analysis on yourself if you probably need to take it off at night to avoid skin irritation.

I love this Fitbit. I love everything about it, but most of all I love the heart rate monitor and the sleep monitor. I sync it to my S4 and it works just fine. No problems so far.

I like this watch and looks cute. Sometimes I think these things are never 100% accurate, but it is a nice tool to see your heart rate, steps, etc. It is a motivator to get up and get moving. Quality is nice, but it can be a little uncomfortable sleeping with at night.

I love my Fitbit! The app and watch are really easy to use and it motivates me to work out more. It is a great way to track exercise, sleep, meals, water intake, and weight!

I love my Fitbit charge hr. I have health issues and the Fitbit showed me that I also have a heart issue that needs to be monitored. My heart rate shoots up to around 160 when I'm asleep and without my Fitbit, I wouldn't have known until something worse happened. Best Buy ordered it and had it shipped to me because they were out of them in the store I went to. The gentleman who waited on me was amazing and so was his manager. I am purchasing one for my Mom and Dad very soon. It is now my go to store for electronics, movies etc.. I even recently bought a new computer through them that I am also thrilled with. God Bless

Difficult to use and difficult to find information on the use of the fitbit. Am using it, and at least for now, it works OK for the simple things i am doing. Need good information in writing somewhere that i could refer to for the correct operation of the fitbit.

I have had no real issues with this device. The clasp is much better than the one on the Flex and the band doesn't wear down like the Flex. It hold's a charge for about 5 days. The only issue, like all fitbits, is that if your are isn't swinging then it can't track your steps properly.

I have had problems with my charge hr. Doesn't track the heart rate regularly. Only stays charged for 1 to 2 days. Doesn't always sync......not connected. Have to hard start my charge hr 1 or 2 times per week.

My wife loves it and wears it all the time. It gives you steps, heart rate, floors etc.. good but for a good price

My wife loves her fitbit except for one thing... It does not consistently count stairs correctly. Not sure if it's a glitch or what but others have experienced the same thing. Have reset it several times to no avail. Guess it's something she'll have to live with.

Great product first one I wore for about 18 months and it started to slowly fall apart because of everyday wear and tear. I had to buy a new one and that is the only issue I had. Got a new computer and having a hard time installing new software.... New update??

I bought this as a gift for my mother, she seems to like it but she hates the charging design and that sometimes it doesn't record steps or stairs accurately. I personally wouldn't have got a Fitbit but that's what she wanted and she was happy so that's what matters.
