The fitbit itself is great. It does everything it advertises. My only issue is with the app. You can't sync your fitbit when you don't have internet access. I learned this when traveling recently and my phone didn't have access to the internet. I lost several days worth of data.

i bought this for my wife and she loves it. she always is raving about how much she can do in a day and inspires her to do more. i'm probably going to have to get one for myself because she can't keep quiet about the mobile app and how you can challenge your friends. thanks fitbit

This is a great product. I enjoy usk g my fitbit and tracking steps, heart rate, your walk or run, active minutes, track hours slept, etc... i love my fitbit Charge HR!

After a month of using the fit bit it completely gave up on me ! It wouldn't charge even using other chargers. After a month of use it's too late to return or exchange. Other than that it works great,

Motivates me to keep moving and get my steps in. Also like that it tracks my sleep patterns. Enjoy challenging friends to push harder when exercising.

When I first got it, the stair count was insane, then within a week that went to normal. It does a pretty good job tracking, but it's sweaty on my wrist and a little bulky. If you're getting it for the call alert, don't bother, its a fairly idiotic feature!

Fitbit - Charge HR Activity Tracker + Heart Rate is great for walking and keeping track of you steps. Also cool that had the heart rate checker. Really love this Fitbit.

At first I didn't think I needed a watch to count my steps. But once I got it I was hooked because it even tracks my sleep.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my stepmother and she loves it and started putting it to use right away (after I helped her get the app set up). Fitbit is a quality company so it's expected that they make a quality product and this is just that.

My husband has a the Flex which he got last year. I wanted one but did not like the way it closed. When they came out with the regular watch strap I got it. I really love. My only complaint is when I am working out at the gym on the Stairmaster is doesn't register the stairs.

I am not only able to monitor my steps throughout the day but it also allows me to push myself by letting me add goals for the day. I am also able to track my sleep.

I have family on both coasts and we can track each others progress. My only complaint is Fitbits software. They don't have a good bike app and their rowing apps lacks also. We did have one HR fail within three weeks of purchase. But that is one out of 7.

Love my Fitbit! Have to say that this is my second, I had to have the first one replaced because of an update glitch. But other then that one issue my Fitbit is great! Used the UpJaw for two years and love the design and appearance much better but Fitbit far out performs it!

I am so happy with this product. It has motivated me to move more and get closer to reaching my weight loss goals. I have told my friends about it and have actually bought it as an early birthday present for one of them. It's an amazing fitness tool and I definitely recommend it.

I love everything about this device from the sleep tracker to the customer service offered by the company. I wish it was waterproof.

Not only tracks steps and heart rate, but my sleep patterns, records it on my iPhone app and even tells me whose calling me if I'm away from my phone. Love this fit bit.

I didn't rate it a full 5 stars because I am having issues with the fitbit app for the computer. I currently cannot add my water consumption. At this point I hope I can continue to log calories because this would almost be pointless to me without that!

While I do not believe the step and stair counter is accurate, the Fitbit does provide incentive to try to walk more steps each day. The wrist band seems pretty cheap and a size small does not leave much room for adjustment and I have a small wrist.

Is to program, many features to choose from. Helps keep your water intake, calories, activity level and, amount if energy you use on workouts.

There needs to be a step by step booklet with the Fitbit. I still have not been able to get it set up with my phone...will not receive calls to my fitbit. For some reason it just will not sink up.... :(
